Founded in 1912, Midhurst Bowling Club has been part of the local community for more than a century.
Midhurst Bowling Club is a lawn bowls club in Midhurst, West Sussex, founded in 1912. It plays on a five rink green at June Lane and is affiliated to Bowls England and the Sussex County Bowling Association.
The club
Welcome to Midhurst Bowling Club
New members, beginners, or experienced bowlers are welcome and the club offers a good standard of coaching for all levels.
Friendlies, competitions & tournaments
We run a full schedule of friendly fixtures throughout the season as well as club competitions and tournaments.
Internal club leagues
We also run internal club leagues on a Monday and Thursday afternoon. There will also be a rink available on these days for members that purely wish to have a roll up. Provided there are rinks available members are encouraged to use the green at any time.
League bowls
The club also enters two teams in The Three Counties Bowls Fellowship League where keen members can enjoy a more competitive game.
Social events
Throughout the season, members can get together and enjoy the many social events held at the club: Bingo, Quiz Nights, and BBQs are very popular.
